The registration for the “Aadl 3” housing program for 2024 in Algeria has opened as of Friday, July 5, 2024, at 9:00 PM. The registration process is done electronically through the website of the Algerian Agency for Real Estate Development and Urban Planning (AADL) https://www.aadl.com.dz/.
To register, you will need to follow these steps:
- Go to the AADL website and click on the “Registration” tab.
- Create an account or log in to your existing account.

- Enter your national identification number (CIN).
- Enter your social security number (CNSS).
- Enter your phone number.
- Confirm your phone number by entering the code that is sent to you.
- Complete the rest of the registration form, including your personal information, family information, and housing preferences.
- Upload the required documents.
- Pay the registration fee.
- Submit your registration form.
Here are some of the eligibility requirements for the Aadl 3 housing program:

- You must be between the ages of 19 and 70.
